Main task:


Reporting directly to Neteris' Project Management Office (PMO), the candidate will be responsible for leading and managing ERP system implementation projects, assuming key responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Comprehensive oversight of all disciplines associated with assigned projects, including planning and schedule control, management of resources, financial control, risk identification and management, and quality assurance.
  • Development and implementation of appropriate project management methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Responsible for conducting regular reporting to both the client and Neteris' PMO, ensuring transparency and frequent updates on project progress.
  • Lead communications and coordination among various work teams, including consultants and users, to ensure alignment of objectives. 
  • Facilitate change management within the client organization, promoting and supporting the adoption of new solutions and processes.
  • Resolution of conflicts and key negotiations with stakeholders to maintain strategic alignment and cohesion among all interest groups.



Requisitos


  • At least 8 years of experience leading similar functions in complex and dynamic projects.
  • Availability to travel part-time.
  • Proficiency in English with a minimum level of C1.
  • Demonstrable experience in roll-out implementations in international environments.
  • Extensive experience in change management, with proven skills in facilitating transitions and optimizing operational and strategic processes.
  • Proven leadership ability, with strong skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
